We recently completed a custom foam job for Amada UK, a large machine tool manufacturer. They had a need for rugged cases with foam fittings to hold laser cut samples from two of their latest machines, to be used by their salespeople to showcase the precision and quality of their machines.

The Bloodhound Project is a global engineering adventure, using a 1000mph world land speed record attempt to inspire the next generation to enjoy, explore and get involved in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The foam puzzle was designed by MSA apprentice Katie Flaherty, her first CAD job, as part of her learning practice. Katie used Solid Works™ to design the foam, visualising it in 3D to perfect the puzzle and ensure a precision fit in the Peli 1510 case.
