In order to perform as efficiently as possible, we use third parties to process some data for the following purposes.

Onsite Behaviour (aka Cookies)
We use website tracking technology, such as Google Analytics, to improve site performance, diagnose bugs/glitches and inform future development. These kinds of software do not identify individuals without consent. Form Submissions
In order to efficiently handle requests to subscribe to our mailing list we use a secure application to collect and transfer the contact data between our website and our email marketing system. If a contact does not wish to subscribe to our mailing list, their data is blocked from being sent to our email marketing system, but is stored, for record keeping only, within the collect & transfer third party applications.

Delivery
To provide you the service & product you require, we use third party companies to handle the delivery of your orders, which require the sharing of your contact information. These companies have all supplied GDPR compliance agreements.

Correspondence & Records
We use a privacy shield verified software to monitor and maintain information about customers and contacts. We also use third party email software to send our non-transactional marketing emails to mailing list subscribers only.

Exceptional circumstances: we may share your data…
In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If MSA Foams Ltd’s assets or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MSA Foams Ltd, our customers, or others. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Your rights
We will not process personal data for marketing purposes without your consent. You can exercise your right to choose which marketing communications you receive by unsubscribing from our mailing list (if you are already subscribed), or blocking cookies from our site via our alert or your internet browser’s settings.

You can request to have your data erased by emailing contacting our Data Protection Officer of the Peli UK Group through dpo@peliproducts.co.uk, and we will act upon the request within one month.

Access to information
The GDPR gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the GDPR. We have an obligation to provide you with any personal data we hold, on request to dpo@peliproducts.co.uk
