Concept

By 3D scanning your product at your premises, our HQ, or taking a CAD file you already have, we'll get the basics of the design you’re looking for.

Consultation

We'll discuss the finer details of the design and the options available to you, such as foam density, case type and quantity.

Completion

Detailed drawings of your foam insert will be provided and any adjustments required will be made. Once approved, a delivery time will be agreed and the design will go to production.

We are an accredited Zotefoams UK specialist converter using cross-linked block foams such as Plastazote® and Evazote®. Zotefoams produce foams that have controlled properties and are of a strength, consistency, quality and purity superior to those produced by other methods. Polyethylene and polyurethane foam is also available for other projects.
